In this live online Zoom class, we’ll take you through the steps of a sourdough focaccia recipe:  mixing, proofing, dimpling, and incorporating your favorite toppings. 

We'll also discuss timing the steps of the process so that they fit easily into a busy schedule -- in other words, how to make them the Sourdough Lifestyle way :)  

You're welcome to watch & listen, and if you have all the ingredients on hand, you can mix along with us! Class materials will be emailed afterwards.

Please Note: All our classes are done through Zoom. The best viewing experience will be using a laptop, but tablets and smartphones work as well :)

About the Instructors

Brett Wiewiora and Christina Cann have been baking sourdough since 2010. Starting first as a hobby, their passion quickly grew into a cottage home bakery, and then a full commercial bakery, Gulf Coast Sourdough in Tampa, FL.

By 2024, they built Gulf Coast Sourdough into a bakery making 1000+ loaves a day, a storefront serving thousands of customers, and a wholesale operation supplying 40+ restaurants and groceries in the Tampa area. They then exited the business to focus on what they've loved the most: teaching others about sourdough and traveling with their two daughters!
