New Substack Post: Sandwichology & Bread
A sandwich does not exist without bread. Bread is an ingredient in its own right, the crucial component that literally defines a sandwich. Some sandwiches might call for a special bread shape — a bun, hoagie roll, or baguette, perhaps — but outside of that, the flavor of the bread is almost universally the same.
