Go beyond the basics and explore adding herbs, spices, and other ingredients to your bread!
We will take you through the mixing process and cover when different kinds of ingredients should be added to the dough, how much of them to add, and how to create your own personalized recipe. Then we'll go over the rest of the process and how to fit everything into your busy schedule the Sourdough Lifestyle way!
There will be time for Q&A set aside if you have any specific issues you'd like to go over as well. Class materials will be sent afterwards for you to refer back to in the future.
About the Instructors

Brett Wiewiora and Christina Cann have been baking sourdough since 2010. Starting first as a hobby, their passion quickly grew into a cottage home bakery, and then a full commercial bakery, Gulf Coast Sourdough in Tampa, FL.

By 2024, they built Gulf Coast Sourdough into a bakery making 1000+ loaves a day, a storefront serving thousands of customers, and a wholesale operation supplying 40+ restaurants and groceries in the Tampa area. They then exited the business to focus on what they've loved the most: teaching others about sourdough and traveling with their two daughters!
