Join us to learn the ins and outs of making your own sourdough loaves at home!
Learn from Brett Wiewiora, Co-Founder of Gulf Coast Sourdough and Sourdough Lifestyle. Through his no-fuss approach, Brett will demystify the sourdough baking process and show how to incorporate great bread into anyone’s weekly routine. All experience levels welcome -- the only requirements are that you love great bread and are ready to get your hands doughy.
During this class, we'll cover:

Basic bread shaping techniques

How to time the steps and incorporate baking into your regular routine
And at the end, we'll all enjoy some delicious bread baked during the class!

About the Instructors

Brett Wiewiora and Christina Cann have been baking sourdough since 2010. Starting first as a hobby, their passion quickly grew into a cottage home bakery, and then a full commercial bakery, Gulf Coast Sourdough in Tampa, FL.

By 2024, they built Gulf Coast Sourdough into a bakery making 1000+ loaves a day, a storefront serving thousands of customers, and a wholesale operation supplying 40+ restaurants and groceries in the Tampa area. They then exited the business to focus on what they've loved the most: teaching others about sourdough and traveling with their two daughters!
